Funding Solutions

Solar without the traditional upfront investment.

For qualifying commercial projects, IBC SOLAR can facilitate access to funding through approved third-party partners.

Funding is provided by approved third-party funding partners and remains subject to their individual assessment, approval and terms. IBC SOLAR does not provide funding directly.

Depending on the project, funding structures may include:

  • Lease Agreements
A structured payment model that can reduce the upfront capital required for a solar project.
  • Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
Pay for the electricity generated by the solar system rather than purchasing the system outright.
  • Rent-to-Own
A structured payment option that provides a pathway towards system ownership.
  • Cash Purchase
Customers may also choose to purchase their solar solution outright.
